FAQ

Are there accessibility services?
+

Ticketing: ADA tickets can be purchased online at https://www.ticketmaster.com/punch-line-comedy-club-san-francisco-tickets-san-francisco/venue/229425. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through https://www.ticketmaster.com/punch-line-comedy-club-san-francisco-tickets-san-francisco/venue/229425. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in various price ranges but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Unexpected Needs: If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, please email us at PunchLineSFBoxOffice@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in advance of the show. We have a limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Wheelchair Accessibility: To enter the venue, please walk around the corner down Clay Street to the corner of Clay St. and Front St. Please enter One Maritime Plaza on your left side through the glass doors by pressing the ADA icon button on the black pillar. Enter through the doors, into the elevator, and one floor up. Upon exiting the elevator, turn right and walk straight toward the Punch Line. Enter through the ramp.

Interpreter Requests: If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests who request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Hearing Assistance: Guests who require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice. We can be reached via email PunchLineSFBoxOffice@LiveNation.com.

Service Animals: Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. Punch Line San Francisco requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

Accommodations: Venue bathrooms, bar, and merchandise are accessible.

No.

+

Some shows are General Admission seating and therefore first-come first-served. However, we offer reserved seating for an additional fee to certain performances. Contact the box office for more details.

What's the difference between General Admission and Preferred Seating?
+

Preferred Seating offers more comfortable booth seating and non-shared tables throughout the venue. However, preferred seating is first come first served as well meaning you are not guaranteed a front-row seat with a preferred seat.

I bought my tickets already; do I still have to wait in that long line?
+

Yes, with or without tickets you must wait in line because everyone needs to have their IDs checked upon entry.

I bought tickets that I no longer need, what do I do?
+

Return to the place of purchase to see what the return policy is. If you purchased them by visiting our box office our policy is that the tickets are NON-refundable NON-exchangeable.

I have a large party coming. Can we be seated together?
+

We do a really good job of seating our guests together but remember that General Admission seating is 'first come first served' so with large parties it is best to arrive early and together.

The show I want to see is sold out! What do I do?
+

Sometimes our shows are sold out in advance so it's best to plan ahead and purchase your tickets in advance. However if this should happen and you want to try your luck you are more than welcome to come to the venue early and wait in our "standby line" in the event that more tickets are released just prior to showtime.

Can I bring my camera?
+

Feel free to bring your camera to take pictures before and or after the show. There is absolutely NO photography or video during the show. An announcement will be made when it is time to put your cameras and cell phones away. Any violation of this rule results in expulsion from the venue with no exceptions.
